From Darkside To Black Sheep

The Colorado Springs, Colo., club recently known as the Darkside has changed ownership and will now operate under the moniker The Black Sheep.

“We’re renovating the room, we rebuilt the stage and put in a brand-new P.A.,” venue co-owner Ben Davis told Pollstar.

The club’s 450 capacity will remain the same. Davis said he hopes to bring in local and national touring acts – including punk, indie rock, hardcore and metal – as often as possible.

The partners in the club also own Boulder-based promoter Soda Jerk Presents.
