The Jourgensen Show
Al Jourgensen will be back on stage in a major way in 2006, taking his two best-known bands out on a co-headlining tour.
Ministry and Revolting Cocks will share the stage on what’s billed as the MasterBaTour, which looks to stretch for more than two months.
Starting May 5 in Houston, the two bands will play more than 50 venues across North America. A two-week stretch in Canada is booked for late May and early June, and the bands will stay on the road through July 14, wrapping in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Ministry’s latest album, Rio Grande Blood, is to be released in April. Revolting Cocks will drop Cocked and Loaded, their first album since 1993’s Linger Ficken Good, a month earlier.
Ministry’s last road trip was a three-month jaunt called the EViL DoER Tour in late 2004.
