The trek makes stops at theatres, auditoriums and arts centers around the U.S. and Canada before wrapping up at the Crest Theatre in Sacramento, Calif., March 28.

The Superstars show, managed by music industry vet Miles Copeland, first hit the scene at the 2003 Lollapalooza tour and has hardly been off the road since.

Several world tours have included performances at England’s Glastonbury Festival and France’s legendary Folies Bergere, bringing the historic and contemporary world of bellydance to mainstream audiences.

The show incorporates elements of Egyptian and Turkish bellydance, West Coast Tribal Fusion bellydance, Bollywood, Polynesian and other dance forms. Also on the tour is master percussionist Issam Houshan, who was a featured drummer on Sting’s “Desert Rose” tour.
