The legendary singer/songwriter/actor has a new album, This Old Road, set to drop in March, and he’ll spend several weeks on the road this spring supporting it.

The first date on the books is a March 8 gig at The Troubadour in Hollywood, Calif. A week and a half later, he’ll play Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, then head down to Florida and up the coast.

The 11-date itinerary runs through April 4, when Rams Head On Stage will welcome him to Annapolis, Md.

The legendary singer/songwriter/actor is a member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Last August, he ventured downunder for a two-week tour of Australia and New Zealand. The upcoming round of dates is his most ambitious since 1999.
