Kick Out The Jam
The first round of Pearl Jam‘s 2006 tour has been revealed, with three weeks of dates booked across the eastern U.S. and Canada.
My Morning Jacket will open on the trek, which begins in Toronto May 9, a week after the new Pearl Jam album is slated to hit stores.
After a second Toronto show, the tour will head through arenas in 10 U.S. cities, wrapping with a two-night stand in East Rutherford, N.J.
Pearl Jam is planning dates worldwide this year in support of its eighth album, a self-titled effort due May 2 on J Records. The album’s first single, “Worldwide Suicide,” is available for download via the band’s official Web site.
