Collett Moves Up At LN

Live Nation has appointed Ned Collett to executive VP of North American venues.

In the newly created position, he will liaise with LN’s seven regional senior VPs to oversee operations in 110 facilities.

A concert biz veteran, Collett most recently served as executive producer/VP of Fox Theatre Business Operations in Detroit, running or programming venues including the Fox Theatre, Joe Louis Arena and Cobo Arena.

Prior to that, he was the GM of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.’s National Car Rental Center.

Collett also spent 10 years at the University of North Carolina in a variety of positions at the Dean E. Smith Center.
