The group will play Boston’s Axis June 8, followed by gigs in Philadelphia, New York City, Toronto and more. They’ll play three California gigs at the end of the stretch, wrapping things up at House of Blues in West Hollywood June 18.

Original bassist Ali McMordie recently rejoined the band for its March U.K. tour and is expected to perform this summer as well. McMordie replaced Bruce Foxton (formely of The Jam), who left amicably after 15 years with the group.

McMordie joins a lineup featuring founding member Jake Burns on lead vocals and guitar, Ian McCallum on guitar and vocals, and Steve Grantley on drums and vocals.

Stiff Little Fingers is planning to record and release a new album this year, as a follow-up to 2003’s Guitar and Drum.
