The musician/surfer has been working hard on his new album, Move By Yourself, which is completed and set to drop June 6 on Lost Highway. He’s also been making plans for a summer chock-full of live performances, starting the day of his album’s release in Solana Beach, Calif.

He’ll play a number of shows along the West Coast, all the way up to Vancouver, B.C., before heading out to Bonnaroo in Tennessee June 16. Then it’s off to the U.K. for a five-city tour, followed by festival dates throughout Europe.

The singer/songwriter will be back in the U.S. long enough to appear at the All Good Music Festival in West Virginia July 15, but then it’s off to Japan for Fuji Rock.

Move By Yourself follows Frankenreiter’s self-titled debut. He released the first disc in 2004 and toured with Jack Johnson and O.A.R. before headlining his way across North America in early 2005.
