All net proceeds from the concert will go toward Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts in Louisiana and Mississippi.

The show will take place at the New Orleans Arena, with half the floor seats distributed to volunteers who have been working in the area for the past nine months. Longtime McGraw sponsor Bud Light is donating the free seats.

Hill and McGraw have lowered their ticket prices to $20 – $85 for the concert and have established a new charity organization, the Neighbors Keeper Foundation, to assist those in need.

“We will not stop, we will not forget, we will not quit, until we see our friends, our families and our neighbors returned to the lives that they once knew,” the couple said in a joint statement. “We hope to give everyone who comes out a few hours to just enjoy.”

The Soul2Soul II North American tour began in April and is set to run through early September.
