They’ll start up north with shows in Ottawa and Toronto August 4-5, then hit the upper Midwest and West Coast. The itinerary includes two dates at Chicago’s Metro / Smart Bar along with gigs at The Wiltern LG in Los Angeles and The Fillmore in San Francisco.

The band will take a rest after a hometown appearance September 3 at Montreal’s Osheaga Festival, but they’ll be in Texas less than two weeks later to play the ACL fest with The Flaming Lips, Los Lonely Boys and more.

Wolf Parade keyboardist Spencer Krug recently wrapped a tour with his solo/side project, Sunset Rubdown. The band traveled the U.S. for three and a half weeks in May with Absolutely Kosher labelmates Frog Eyes.
