Cannonball is set for release August 22, but Green is already on the road playing fairs and clubs throughout the South. He’ll do a week-long stint with Dave Matthews Band August 9-16, then launch a new round of theatre and casino dates.

The musician’s late-summer itinerary includes two stops at Joe’s Sports Bar in Chicago and gigs at Boston’s Avalon, New York City’s Irving Plaza and several House of Blues venues.

He’ll be on the road steadily through September 30, with a couple of scattered dates booked in October and November.

Green opened for Keith Urban in February and headlined a number of shows in the following months. He stayed on the road for much of last year, including a lengthy run with Kenny Chesney and Gretchen Wilson.
