Fenix Nightclub ‘Re-Resurrecting’

The Fenix nightclub in Seattle, a 15-year staple in the city’s Pioneer Square area, is moving into the space currently occupied by the Premier nightclub.

The Fenix closed in June, according to The Seattle Times, after the club’s second location didn’t work out. An earthquake in 2001 severely damaged the first Fenix location.

“I’m back in the saddle again,” club owner Rick Wyatt told the paper. He said he hopes to “re-resurrect” the new Fenix at the end of August. The 1,750-capacity Premier never quite caught on at the location, according to the Times.
