Longtime music industry exec Danny Goldberg has formed a new company called Gold Village Entertainment, focusing on artist management with Jesse Bauer as GM.

Steve Earle and Allison Moorer are the company’s clients, both co-managed with Gold Mountain Nashville.

Goldberg, who has served as CEO of Artemis Records, Mercury Records and Warner Bros. Records, stepped down from his post as Air America Radio CEO in April after a little more than a year on the job.
