Cope’s Moment
Citizen Cope has been on the road since releasing a new album in mid-September, and he’s not looking to slow down anytime soon.
The second leg of Cope’s tour will launch November 1 at First Avenue in Minneapolis. Dates are planned through the end of the month, including two Canada shows and two-night stands in Philadelphia, Baltimore and New York City. He’ll finish at Nokia Theatre Times Square in NYC November 28-29.
Cope – a.k.a. Clarence Greenwood – is a multi-talented musician who handles keys, guitars, DJing, singing, songwriting and producing on his albums. These days, he takes a full band along for most shows.
His latest album, Every Waking Moment, was released September 12 on Arista.
A brief spring tour was largely sold-out, packing spacious venues including NYC’s 1,485-capacity Town Hall Theatre.
