The artist would reportedly headline the club part of the time, and use the club to showcase acts he’s signed the rest of the time.

His most recent album, 3121, released in March 2006, could provide some details about the venue, as columnist Norm Clarke said the artist may charge a $31.21 entrance fee most nights.

The column also reported that the topless revue that opened in February 2005 at Club Rio, Club Erocktica, was given two days notice to close October 20. Club Erocktica is not currently listed on the Rio’s Web site event calendar. A Rio representative confirmed the revue was closing until further notice.
