The band – comprising Austin Winkler, Joe Garvey, Mike Rodden, Mark King and Cody Hanson – released its Universal debut, Extreme Behavior, in September 2005 and has been on the road almost nonstop ever since. That makes sense; the album has been on the Nielsen Soundscan charts for 39 weeks and was still ranked as high as No.6 in early November.

The five rockers are currently on a headlining trek that will run through the end of the month, after which they’ll join Staind for five dates in the South. Hinder will also open three shows for Aerosmith in December, along with headlining dates keeping the band on the road through New Year’s Eve.

The group toured with Staind in September and October after spending much of the summer opening for Nickelback. Prior to that, Hinder supported Godsmack and Theory of a Deadman and headlined a number of club shows early in the year.
