Dates begin February 28 in Dallas, and Slowhand will hit 11 U.S. states plus three Canadian stops – Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary.

As with recent East Coast dates, The Robert Cray Band will again be the show opener.

Clapton’s 2006 tour was super-charged with additional guitar power from Doyle Bramhall II and Derek Trucks, and it looks like they might return for the 2007 leg, as neither artist has announced their own tour plans for that period.

Further news and show dates for the tour will be announced soon.

The recent shows have featured a varied set list including rarely played Derek And The Dominos tracks as well as Clapton classics mixed with newer tunes.
