Proshow Buys ASL

Memphis-based Proshow Systems recently acquired Affordable Sound & Light of Birmingham, Ala.

“Combining the strengths of both companies now makes Proshow a full production company, a one-stop shop for lack of a better term,” Proshow owners Jody Bear and Andy Mayhall said in a statement.

The ASL name is expected to eventually be phased out.
