Three 6 Mafia Settles Suit

Three 6 Mafia has settled its suit with a suburban Pittsburgh man who claimed he was beaten by fans provoked to violence by the group’s music.

Ramone Williams, who was 19 at the time of the 2003 incident, alleged that he was thrown to the floor, hit with a chair, stomped on and kicked in the face by fans following lyrics in the group’s song “Let’s Start A Riot.”

Williams won a default judgment against the now-shuttered Rock Jungle, where the incident occurred.

He received an undisclosed amount from Three 6 Mafia last month but details were sealed.
