Trey Anastasio Charged With DUI

Former Phish frontman Trey Anastasio was accused of driving under the influence of drugs in Whitehall, N.Y., December 15th.

Officers pulled Anastasio over for erratic driving and discovered he was operating the vehicle with a suspended New York license, according to police reports. A search uncovered hydrocodone, Percocet and Xanax, which had been prescribed to someone else, police said.

Anastasio was charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated (drugs), according to police.
