The 7-date Australian tour, which will be a combination of theater shows and “a day on the green” winery shows, kicks off February 4 at Kings Park/Garden in Perth and finishes up at Spray Farm in Bellarine. Finn will be joined at the winery shows by Aussie singer .

Finn, who is perhaps best remembered in the U.S. as part of ’80s bands Split Enz and Crowded House, was very busy in 2006.

In addition to releasing his new album and playing a series of launch shows in Australia and his native New Zealand, he was part of the wildly successful Split Enz reunion tour of Australia earlier this year. Imaginary Kingdom will be released in the U.S. by Manhattan/EMI, with whom Finn has recently inked a deal. A representative of Manhattan told Pollstar that the album is being readied for release around April, and plans are in the works for a possible U.S. tour.
