The diminutive Aussie, who’s battling back from breast cancer, cut short a January 13th show at the venue and rescheduled her January 15-16 dates for January 21-22. Also added was a January 23rd date, "for those who attended last Saturday night’s show which finished early," according to a statement on her Web site.
Minogue managed to get halfway through the January 13th show before telling a disappointed audience that she felt too ill to continue.
A spokesman for promoter 3A told Pollstar that half of the crew had already gone down with the flu bug, but the former soap star managed to avoid it until the first Manchester show.
She was forced to postpone her original "Showgirl" tour after she was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2005.
She had surgery and chemotherapy treatment and returned to the stage in November last year.
The 38-year-old star launched the British leg of her Showgirl Homecoming Tour on New Year’s Eve at Wembley Arena, where she played seven shows.
