Still Pale, Still Funny
Gaffigan’s “Comedy Central Live! Jim Gaffigan: Beyond The Pale Tour” kicks off January 19th at the Lyric Opera House in Baltimore. The tour is scheduled to hit 29 cities so far including Buffalo, San Antonio, Atlantic City and Las Vegas. More dates are expected to be announced in the future.
Gaffigan made his comedy debut in 1991. After four years writing commercials, going to acting classes and perfecting his stand-up skills, he developed his routine that includes his take on Hot Pockets, Cinnabons, cake and other food items while inserting the “voice” of a supposed audience member commenting on his routine.
His unique comedy has earned him regular appearances on “Late Show With David Letterman” and “Late Night With Conan O’Brien,” as well as roles on numerous sitcoms including “That 70’s Show,” “Ed,” “Sex and the City” and TBS’ “My Boys.”
