Todd Mitchell Promoted

Todd Mitchell has been named GM of the American Royal Complex and Kemper Arena in Kansas City, Mo.

Mitchell, who was the assistant GM, replaces Larry Hovick, who was promoted to regional VP for Global Spectrum.
