V2 Now Mostly Catalog Label

Sheridan Square Entertainment has reportedly undergone a restructuring that includes turning V2 Records into primarily a catalog label.

The company is believed to have released 35 employees, including president Andy Gershon, and will reorganize the business in its Nashville office.

Sheridan will retain The White Stripes catalog, but will reportedly no longer issue new releases except for gospel artists.

V2’s roster included The Raconteurs, Stereophonics, and Moby among others.
