Walker Leaves LN, Joins Attal

Charlie Walker, Live Nation’s president of music for just more than a year, left the company January 18th. He is returning to Texas to work with Charles Attal and Charlie Jones in Austin.

The move sends Walker back to his old Lone Star stomping grounds. He came to Live Nation via the Pace Concerts rollup by SFX/Clear Channel. He and Attal are longtime friends.

The three are expected to roll up Charles Attal Presents, Fourth Floor Management and the music-related assets of Capitol Sports & Entertainment into one event- and concert-promotion company.

Attal and Jones currently co-produce the Austin City Limits Music Festival and Lollapalooza.
