Crowded House Opens The Door

History does repeat itself, it seems. Crowded House is reuniting for a year-long world tour.

It includes a stop at California’s Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in late April. The Crowded House lineup includes leader and songwriter Neil Finn, bassist Nick Seymour, keyboard player Mark Hart and a yet-to-be revealed drummer standing in for the late Paul Hester.
Finn has been cautious about reviving Crowded House after they split in 1996, but Hester’s death drew Finn and Seymour together. When Finn began work on a solo album in New Zealand last year, Seymour played bass. The album became a Crowded House record.
