L.A. Kings To Open In London
The NHL’s Los Angeles Kings will likely kick things off with two regular-season games at London’s O2 Arena, probably against the Ducks.
The AEG-operated O2 is expected to open in July. AEG also owns the Kings.
The Kings’ VP of communications, Mike Altieri, told the Los Angeles Times nothing is finalized yet, but the paper reported two NHL sources saying otherwise.
The Kings are also rumored to be playing a few exhibition games in Europe, the paper said.
