Execs Form Three Ring Projects

Artist manager Jeff Rabhan has reemerged after leaving The Firm in September.

Rabhan, Stuart Dill and Cal Turner III have formed Three Ring Projects, which will specialize in artist management, publishing, licensing and touring.

The new company’s artist roster includes The Wreckers featuring Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp, Jermaine Dupri, Kelis, Elliott Yamin, Cole Deggs & The Lonesome, Everlast, and Holly Williams.

"We’re not going to be prejudiced when it comes to any specific genre," Dill said in a statement. "We’re just prejudiced when it comes to great music."

Dill is president and co-founder of Refugee Management International and has 23 years of experience in the country music business.

Rabhan was with The Firm for five years before leaving the company last September, exiting the same time as Arthur Spivak.

Turner owns Cal IV Publishing, which has an independent catalog of top hits, and co-owns Refugee Management and Dualtone Records.

Three Ring Projects will have offices in Los Angeles and Nashville.
