On The Run
Singer/songwriter Patty Griffin will be on the road from early March through late April in support of her latest album, Children Running Through. The disc, the follow-up to 2004’s Impossible Dream, was released on ATO earlier this month.
Griffin will start her tour March 9 in Tucson, Ariz., where she’ll share the stage with Richard Thompson. She’ll cover the West Coast and Midwest through the end of the month, then make her way along the eastern seaboard in April.
The folksy artist has played a handful of shows already this year, including a two-night stand at Schubas Tavern in Chicago in January.
