Wolfgang’s Vault Fires Back

William Sagan, CEO of Bill Graham Archives and Wolfgangsvault.com, has filed a countersuit against Warner Music Group, Sony BMG and the artists named in the lawsuit against his company filed last December.

Alyssa Miller, spokeswoman for Bill Graham Archives, told Bloomberg News that the Web site had sales of about $3 million last year.
