Gordon Gaming Sells Sahara

Sahara Hotel & Casino owner Gordon Gaming has reportedly agreed to sell the property to a private investor group.

Terms were not disclosed, but the Wall Street Journal reported sources close to the subject value the deal at about $400 million.

SBE Entertainment Group of Los Angeles and Stockbridge Real Estate Partners of San Mateo, Calif., have entered into an agreement to purchase the casino, the WSJ reported. The Sahara is one of the oldest independent casinos on the Las Vegas Strip.
