Live Nation Hits The Street

Live Nation has improved its status in the eyes of Jim Cramer’s The Street.

The financial gurus at TheStreet.com have upgraded Live Nation’s stock (LYV) from a sell to a hold.

"Live Nation’s revenue grew more than 39 percent in 2006 and appears to have helped to boost earnings per share," the company said. "TheStreet.com ratings expects more EPS growth in the future. LYV had been rated a sell since January 2007."

The concert promotion giant has already received a "Buy" rating from Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse started coverage of Live Nation in December with an "Overweight" rating.
