Bonnaroo Land Details

The details on the Bonnaroo land deal were revealed in a recent legal filing.

A subsidiary of promoter Superfly Productions (which promotes the Bonnaroo Festival in tandem with A.C. Entertainment) bought 530 acres of land in Manchester, Tenn., for $8,686,482, according to the Tennessean.

The price was revealed when paperwork was filed with the Coffee County Register of Deeds office March 19th.

Manchester land is going for $8,000 to $10,000 per acre; the 530-acre farm was bought for $16,374 per acre, according to the paper.

This year’s festival is will take place June 14-17 and features The Police, Tool, Wilco, The Flaming Lips, and Widespread Panic, among many others.
