The band’s south of the border trek kicks off April 13 at River Plate Stadium in Buenos Aires, Argentina and includes stops in arenas and auditoriums in seven cities with two shows booked for CrediCard Hall in Sao Paulo, Brazil, April 17 and 18.

The U.S. and Canadian leg of the tour launches May 11 at Los Angeles’ Greek Theatre and will touch down in theatres and clubs in 12 cities including Chicago’s Riviera Theatre, Kool Haus in Toronto, Bank of America Pavilion in Boston and the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C.

will accompany Keane as support on all 12 dates.

The group’s festival calendar so far includes appearances at the U.K.’s Isle of Wight Festival and Belgium’s .

Keane’s last album, Under the Iron Sea, was released last June to critical and public acclaim. In the time since, frontman Tom Chaplin has said that the band has completed around 15 new songs, but no formal announcement has been made about the release of a new album.
