This year’s festival will take place April 20 and 21 on the university campus. Both days of the festival are open to the general public, and tickets, which are $25 for a single day or $40 for a weekend pass if purchased in advance, are available through Ticketmaster or – minus the service fee – at the Sarratt Box Office on the Vanderbilt campus.

Rounding out the roster for the two day blowout are Rocco DeLuca and the Burden, Amos Lee, Naughty by Nature, The Whigs, Brett Dennen, The Dynamites featuring Charles Walker, JYPSI, and BANG BANG BANG.

The Rites of Spring Music Festival is a long-standing Vanderbilt tradition, and has taken place on the Alumni Lawn for nearly 30 years.

Last year’s event featured appearances by Ben Lee, Matt Pond PA, Secret Machines, My Morning Jacket, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Ben Folds, Gov’t Mule and many others.
