The tour kicks off May 30th at Boston’s Axis and will make stops at San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall (June 1), the Troubadour in Los Angeles (June 2), Fine Line in Minneapolis (June 7) and Studio A in Miami (June 9) before wrapping up at New York’s Bowery Ballroom on June 11.

Members of the band’s fan club will be able to purchase pre-sale tickets beginning May 7, and a limited amount of tickets go on sale to the general public on May 12.

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine says the band wanted to do the club tour to get back to where it all began.

“We love getting back to our roots on this tour,” he said. “We love the sweaty intimacy of playing in a tightly packed room; you can literally taste the energy.”

M5 also have a couple of other things already scheduled for this summer, including an appearance May 18 at Z100’s Zootopia at Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, N.Y., and a gig opening for The Police at Miami’s Dolphin Stadium on July 10.
