Exposed To The Elements
Trance wizard Tiesto, who recently wowed the crowd at the Coachella festival when he took the to main stage after Red Hot Chili Peppers to close out the Saturday schedule, has announced dates for a North American tour in support of his latest release, Elements of Life.
Tiesto will bring his wheels of steel to clubs, theatres and arenas across the U.S. and Canada, beginning with a pair of shows July 19-20 at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom. Other dates on the tour include July 21 at Red Rocks in Denver, July 26 at Harry O’s in Park City, Utah, July 28 at the Bill Graham Civic Center in San Francisco, August 25 at GM Place in Vancouver, September 8 at Chicago’s Congress Theatre and September 14 at the Trade Center in Atlanta. More dates are expected.
Elements, which was released April 10, is Tiesto’s third album. Since its release, it has garnered critical and commercial success, landing in Nielsen SoundScan’s electronic album and Top 200 charts for CD sales, as well as scoring a No. 1 spot on iTunes dance album chart in the U.S. and a No. 2 spot on iTunes’ overall album chart in Canada.
