Weller Added To Popkomm Bill

Paul Weller and Ocean Colour Scene guitarist Steve Cradock will perform an acoustic date at Berlin’s Schiller Theater as part of this year’s Popkomm.

Billed as "Variations on a Dream," the September 20th show, which has been organised by the city’s Karrera Klub, is being described as "a whole evening of the best in British pop-rock."

Popkomm is one of Europe’s biggest showcases, with last year’s gathering featuring more than 2,000 musicians from 26 countries.

The 400 performances provided more than 600 hours of live music in 30 clubs around Berlin, and entertained a total audience of about 70,000.

This year’s Popkomm, the 19th installment, will take place September 19-21.
