More than three decades after he released the album, Lou Reed will at last play Berlin in Berlin.
The June 26th show at Tempodrom, one of two German dates promoted by the Cologne-based Peter Rieger Konzertagentur, is part of a tour to premiere Reed’s live rendering of the work to European audiences.
The tour kicks off at Brussels Forest National June 18th, followed by stops in Amsterdam, Paris, Dusseldorf, Manchester, two nights at London Hammersmith Apollo, Lyon and Arles in France, five stops in Italy and one in Greece wrapping up July 14th.
