Schwoerer Tapped For Saenger Theatre

The Centre for the Living Arts has tapped Randy Schwoerer as interim GM of the 1,900-capacity Saenger Theatre in Mobile, Ala., which it operates.

Schwoerer is not new to the entertainment business, having worked as a touring musician in the ’70s, not to mention as an agent, manager and record producer.

Most recently, Schwoerer managed the southeastern regional office of Entertainment Services International, representing artists including The Guess Who and Iron Butterfly.

In the ’90s, he took on motor sports, managing Indy 500 winner Arie Luyendyk, among others.
