The Furs will warm up for the tour with a pair of dates on their own June 28 at The Vogue in Indianapolis and June 29 at the House of Blues in Chicago, followed by a show with Naked Eyes and The Alarm July 1 at the DTE Energy Music Center in Detroit.

The first run of Rockin’ The Colonies dates kicks off July 2 at Ribfest in Knoch Park in Naperville, Ill., and will hit 10 sheds and clubs around the country, including Gateway Harbor Park in Buffalo, N.Y. (July 7), Boston’s Avalon (July 10), San Diego’s 4th & B (July 14), and the Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa, Calif. (July 17).

Tickets for all shows are available through Ticketmaster.

The tour was planned to run through August, but was cut short because a member of the Furs had a family commitment come up (congratulations, Tim!).

A representative for the band told Pollstar there have been talks regarding additional dates for the fall.
