Do That Voodoo
Set for Halloween weekend in City Park, New Orleans’ signature fallmusic event encompasses three full days of music – October 26, 27 and28–with performances from Wilco, Tiesto in Concert, Kings of Leon,Sinead O’Connor, Common, Ben Harper and Galactic, among others (fulllist below).
These acts will appear in the Voodoo Music Experience’sthree distinct performance areas – Le Ritual, Le Flambeau and LeCarnival – each of which highlights a side of the personality ofNew Orleans.
For its ninth consecutive year – and despite 2005’s devastation to theregion – the Voodoo Music Experience will again take place in City Parkset amidst lush lagoons, bayous, one of the largest collections ofmature oak trees in the world, all in the shadow of the New OrleansMuseum of Art and just minutes from the historic French Quarter andCentral Business District.
The Voodoo Music Experience is known for itswide-ranging line-up of talent that each year reflects the multitude ofcultures that define this historic and beloved American city.

A limited number of general admission tickets go on sale June 29at 10 a.m. EDT for $100 for a three-day pass, plus applicableservice charges.
LOA Lounge (VIP) packages will be available beginningFriday, July 20 at $450 for a three-day pass, plus applicable servicecharges.
The exclusive LOA area will offer a VIP atmosphere with aprivate entrance, preferred parking, grandstand seating, upgradedbathrooms, exclusive menu selections provided by Dickie BrennanRestaurants, full bar, an allotment of complimentary drinks, snacks anda gift bag along with exclusive musical performances.
