The tour kicks off July 27 at Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls, S.D., and will hit theatres around the country, including the Paramount Theatre in Denver (July 29), the Big Easy Concert House in Spokane, Wash. (August 2), the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco (August 10), The Wiltern in Los Angeles (August 14), the Bricktown Events Center in Oklahoma City (August 19) and the Nokia Theatre Times Square in New York (August 28).

Before going out on his own, Lewis will join Staind, who are expected to release a new album in 2008, for a month of dates with Nickelback beginning June 28 at the Bay Roberts Festival in Saint John’s, Newfoundland. The band will also do one show with Fuel July 5 at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, Conn., and one on their own July 6 at the Turning Stone Casino in Verona, N.Y.

Lewis’ solo tour features the singer, armed solely with his guitar, performing Staind hits along with covers of some his favorite obscure tunes. His initial run of solo acoustic dates grossed more than $1 million and sold out within minutes in many markets.
