Flooding Cancels Flashback

The heavy rains of Texas took a toll on a concert in Austin.

The "Flashback on the Beach" concert, featuring 10,000 Maniacs, Tommy Tutone, The Romantics and Missing Persons, was scheduled for Carlos ‘N Charlies June 29th but was canceled because the stage was reportedly underwater as of June 27th.

 An entire venue – Aunt Tilly’s – was also underwater and all events there were canceled for the summer, according to the local FOX-TV affiliate.
