No Mijovi For Bon Jovi

Jon Bon Jovi wants the makers of coffee-based energy drink Mijovi to change its name.

The musician also objects to the beverage company’s slogans "itsmilife" and "itsmijovi," according to a letter from lawyer Peter Laird.

The owner of the beverage company, Marcos Carrington, says the drink is named after his girlfriend, Jovita, and has nothing to do with the New Jersey rocker. Carrington has agreed to stop using "itsmilife" on the cans once an inventory of 3,000 cans are gone but won’t drop the Mijovi name.
