Busta Rhymes In Spit Suit

Busta Rhymes and members of his entourage beat a man up last August for spitting on one of their cars, claims a New York man who filed suit August 6th

The lawsuit, filed by Roberto LeBron in Manhattan State Supreme Court, alleges Rhymes, whose real name is Trevor Smith, and his nine bodyguards kicked LeBron in the head during the incident.

The performer’s attorney, Scot Leemon, said he hadn’t seen the lawsuit and that "nothing has been proven yet."

Rhymes was charged last August for a similar allegation – assaulting a man for spitting on his car after a performance at the AmsterJam Music Festival on Randall’s Island – but it was unclear at press time if LeBron’s lawsuit concerned the same incident.
