Universal Attractions has promoted Dino Perera to senior agent and will head the urban/R&B department.

Former Jeff Epstein assistant Amanda Houde has been promoted to agent and will rep Pieces of A Dream, according to the company.

Epstein will continue to rep Jennifer Holliday.
