Live Nation Keeps A Verizon

Live Nation has taken its Verizon Wireless Music Center in Noblesville, Ind., off the sales block, a spokesman for Live Nation told Pollstar, and venue GM Steve Finkel told the Indianapolis Business Journal the shed will present a full schedule of shows in 2008.

Live Nation put the amphitheatre up for sale in December but, as of June, no acceptable offers were reportedly received and local brokers told the Business Journal the "unofficial asking price of more than $40 million was outrageous" for the 203-acre property.
