Morrissey Settles In
Morrissey has announced a run of U.S. shows for the fall that features several multinight stops. Some of the new shows are make up dates for ones that were canceled last month when the singer was ill.
The new dates kick off September 21 at The Pearl Concert Theater at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas. Other stops on the tour include the Genesee Theatre in Waukegan, Ill. (October 17), the Star Plaza Theatre in Merillville, Ind. (October 20), and DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C. (November 2).
Residencies on Moz’s itinerary include four nights at The Fillmore in San Francisco (September 23-27) and five nights at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City (October 22-28). A run of 10 shows at the Palladium in Los Angeles at the beginning of October is also expected to be confirmed shortly.
Kristeen Young will continue to open for Morrissey on all his upcoming dates.
